Information We Collect

We collect birth date, birth time, birth city, timezone, and birth sex when you create a Saju chart. This data is used to calculate your Four Pillars chart and generate a digital reading.

We collect email when it is provided through checkout or support. Dodo Payments processes payment details. Saju Lore does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

We collect anonymous product events through Google Analytics 4. These events describe funnel activity such as page views and unlock clicks. They do not include chart data, names, emails, or birth details.

Where Data Is Stored

Your free chart may be stored in localStorage on your own device. You can clear it from your browser at any time.

Paid purchases, generated readings, and the chart calculation used for fulfillment are stored in Supabase Postgres for receipt support, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Reading access recovery creates temporary access tokens. Saju Lore stores only a hashed token, purchase reference, expiration time, and first-use timestamp. Raw access links expire after 30 days.

When you request deletion, Saju Lore sends a private confirmation link to the checkout email. After confirmation, generated readings are deleted and personal identifiers are wiped from purchase records. Purchase records may keep non-personal accounting fields where retention is required.

Service Providers

Dodo Payments receives payment and receipt information to process one-time purchases.

Resend sends transactional email for reading access links and recovery requests.

Anthropic receives structured chart context to generate the written reading. Saju Lore does not send names, full payment details, or buyer emails to Anthropic for reading generation.

Google Analytics receives anonymous funnel events. Saju Lore does not sell personal data and does not share data with advertising brokers.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data connected to your email address.

You can request a fresh access link for purchased readings using the recovery page. The response is neutral and does not confirm whether an email address has a purchase.

You can request deletion through the data deletion page. Saju Lore accepts the request neutrally and sends a confirmation link when matching purchases exist.

Deletion requests revoke reading access tokens connected to matching purchases.

You can withdraw consent by stopping use of the service and requesting deletion of stored data.
